GETTING STARTED


In order for us to get started, we will ask you a few questions.
  • What are your concerns about your water?
  • Are you on city water (including communal supplies) or well water?
    • If you are on city water, then we will ask you where your property is located.
      • Knowing the geographic location of your home or business can help determine the next step in our evaluation by helping us determine the "mix" of waters in your area.
    • If you are on well water, we will also ask you where your property is located.
      • Particular areas have predictable concentrations of certain contaminants (particularly arsenic and radionuclides.)
    • Then we will ask you if your well has been tested recently and if so, when?
