The Good Water Company Service Staff
Our Service Manager, John Albertson, is a WQA (Water Quality Association) Certified Water Specialist. John prides himself in finding solutions to treat challenging water problems as aquifer conditions continue to change in northern New Mexico. John has been with Good Water Company since 1999. Our service staff has over 18 years of experience in meeting the service needs of our clients.

We have consistently been awarded the Hague Quality Water Circle of Success Award for technical excellence in service. We send our staff annually for factory training and to water treatment trade shows to provide them with the latest technology in servicing our equipment. We are on call 24 hours because we know how important high quality and safe water are to the well being of our clients. To ensure that the job is done right the first time, we use the highest quality plumbing parts and components in our installations. For easy service access, and to by-pass our systems in case of emergency, we install simple shut-off valves ahead of our equipment. Leak detection systems that will shut off the water in case of a water pressure surge, which might result in equipment failure, are also available. Our trained staff looks for related plumbing problems whenever we service your equipment. We will bring any irregularities to your attention. When we install any water treatment equipment, from a basic under-counter drinking water system to a whole-house conditioning system, we want it to become a permanent fixture of your home's infrastructure.
