Wall Boxes for Chemical Disinfect RO

AmeriWater’s Wall Boxes are specially designed to lessen common challenges healthcare professionals face in the day-to-day dialysis treatment setting. Our compartmentalized design lessens cross contamination opportunities while the removable shelf and sliding door provides ease in cleaning. Compartments are adequately sized to allow the end users to thoroughly clean each section. In addition, AmeriWater’s wall boxes are compliant with the State of Illinois plumbing code Section 890.740.

Boxes feature color coded dialysate additive ports, blue for bicarbonate and red for acid. The slanted face of the wall box allows for connections to cleanly drain and the waste to drain compartment is contained by a sliding door, preventing splashing and foaming. The drain is also angled to prevent wastewater from foaming up back into the compartment of the box.

The entire wall box is constructed of antimicrobial plastic, suitable for infectious control.

A wall box provides a clean connection option between your facility’s acid, bicarb, and/or ultrapure water lines and hemodialysis machines while keeping the waste to drain separate from these connections. The drain connection is designed to minimize and prevent foaming. They are available in several configurations to accommodate most dialysis applications.

These wall boxes are specifically created use with for chemical disinfect reverse osmosis (RO) systems.

Deionization Exchange Service

AmeriWater’s Deionization Exchange Service is worry free, hassle free and leak free. All our resin tanks are regenerated under current Good Manufacturing Practices for complete quality control. Only the very best resin is used and mixed specifically for a variety of applications, ranging from basic spot free rinsing to ultra pure quality. As part of AmeriWater’s protocol, every batch of resin is tested for quality and capacity after regeneration. Every tank is filled, pressure tested, and inspected to guarantee leak-free operation. Your guarantee is our quality batch sticker on every single tank regenerated!

Each type of resin/tank is color coded and there is a segregated area for ultra pure. After testing for quality and capacity, the batch goes through an additional test for endotoxin. This ensures the DI tanks are not a source of bacteria, which is crucial for dialysis and other medical applications. AmeriWater provides a certificate of analysis showing the batch test results for performance, quality, capacity, and endotoxin.

AmeriWater continually strives to provide excellent service and there is also emergency service available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day if necessary.

Generally, there are three types of water used in car washes, hard water, soft water, and reverse osmosis water.
Generally, there are three types of water used in car washes, hard water, soft water, and reverse osmosis water. It is important to know when to utilize each type of water in a car wash because each has an impact on producing a clean and dry car.

Hard water creates problems when used with detergents and presoaks by reacting with some of the components in those products. However waxes and drying agents work best with hard water.

Soft water produces the highest foam levels and most consistent cleaning performance. Soft water is created in a water softener by replacing hard ions with sodium ions. Unlike hard water with hard ions, sodium ions do not have any negative effect on detergents and presoaks, making it the best choice for the wash component of a car wash. Good Water Company has been a leader in commercial water softener technology for over 20 years. We have a variety of water softeners for you to choose from so you can find the one that works best for your car wash facility. Our team of experts can even design custom, efficient, high-capacity water softeners for any application.

Soft water often leaves behind white spots caused from the sodium deposits. This creates a need for reverse osmosis rinse water. This water displaces the sodium mineral deposits and leaves the water essentially spotless. Only Good Water Company can provide the consistent purity and quality from our reverse osmosis systems required to produce the cleanest and driest car possible.
