Customized Oxidation Systems for Iron, Manganese & Hydrogen Sulfide Removal
- Effective for converting Arsenic, reducing Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) and precipitating heavy metals and associated bacteria out of well water
- A common feed pump application adds sufficient chlorine to eliminate “sulfur water”. Chlorine reacts with the “rotten egg odor” to precipitate free sulfur.
- Water then passes through an activated carbon tank filter to remove the excess chlorine and sulfur, producing odor free and taste free water.
- System includes a static or mixing contact tank as required.
- It is recommended that this system be used in conjunction with an NSF/ANSI certified RO system to remove converted arsenic as well as other components of TDS (Total Dissolved Solids).
